At Novexa, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to make shopping with us worry-free. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • We accept returns for unused, unworn clothing items in their original condition and packaging (with tags still attached).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, bodysuits) or items marked as final sale.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at novexastoreltd@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Please note: damaged packaging alone (e.g., creased box) does not qualify if the product itself is intact.


3. Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


5. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email novexastoreltd@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Customers are responsible for any currency conversion or bank fees.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


8. Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • We strive to deliver your order promptly, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.


9. Fraud Prevention

  • To protect against fraud, we verify billing and shipping information with the payment processor.

  • Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.

  • Novexa reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected.
